Expedited Shipping (5-8days)
The shipping fee is SGD30/MYR100/29.9USD/25GBP/40AUD/40NZD/30EUR, which is freely chosen by the customer.

Free Shipping (8-15days)
The total price of the order is higher than SGD120/MYR400/89USD/77GBP/130AUD/150NZD/89EUR, and the shipping fee is O.

Hongkong
Standard Shipping (3-5days)
The total price of the order is less than 600HKD, and the shipping fee is 60HKD.

Shipping time does not include customs clearance/customs delays as these are beyond our control.

Order tracking


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@lifeiteglobal.com with your order email or order number, and we will look into it for you.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, delay of shipping may occur. If you have any inquiry of your order shipment, please contact us via service@lifeiteglobal.

Lifeite is not responsible for any loss caused by:

The buyer provided incorrect or inaccurate shipping information.
The recipient could not be contacted during the valid delivery time.
The recipient rejects the package when it is in good condition.
The recipient did not cooperate with the logistics company to complete customs clearance in accordance with local laws and policies, resulting in the package being returned.
Since lifeite products are generally more valuable, please check the packaging when shipping. If damaged or deformed, do not sign for or open the package. In this case, please contact us.

Once you (or someone else on your behalf) sign for the item, lifeite will consider your acceptance of the package, quantity and product. To protect your rights, it is strongly recommended that you take a complete unpacking video and check the items against the packing list. If the item is lost or damaged, please contact us at service@lifeiteglobal.com within 48 hours of receiving the package so that we can resolve the issue immediately.

Some countries may be subject to customs and import fees.
