Returns and Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping. Additionally, our original shipping costs for sending the product to you will not be refunded (even if "free" shipping is advertised). Our refund policy is "all sales final". Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges after products have been shipped.

To be eligible for return, your item must be: unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and there must be a good reason for the return. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us until we authorize the return in writing.

If you order a product in error, you will be charged in accordance with this policy.


Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you to approve or deny your refund. Lifeite reserves the right to withhold a full refund if a product is received in poor condition. If you own the product for 30 days or have used it, it is not eligible for return.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and apply the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
